Poor Service

So if there were negative stars on rating above - I would actually rate National Security & Fire a -5 stars! My Alarm has not been working for approx 9 days, I keep getting told that a technician is scheduled to come through and fix the alarm by the people in the call centre! but this has never happend. I have sent through emails, tried calling the technical department directly - but still no response. This is not the first time I have received poor service from National Security.
