Poor Service Delivery and Fuel Levy

Not happy with the level of service from National Security and Fire. After several complaints and promises nothing has changed or improved with regards to service levels and patrols. No patrols are conducted in my area, yet annual increases are implemented and a fuel levy is also now implemented due to the increase in fuel price; which as consumers we are already burdened by this.

I also had a situation and needed armed response, but not one of their numbers worked or was available. No prior communication of contact numbers that have changed and only to be told one number should have worked, which was not the case. I had to deal with the matter and put my own and family`s lives at risk. Thus, I do not know what am I paying for, as I see more of my previous service provider doing patrols than my current one National.

Very very disappointing service and I regret even taking out a contract with a monthly fee that was more than my previous provider.
