Poor service delivery

Have been using National Security JHB south for the past 5 MONTHS and it's been the worst months ever it feels like years already. They are rip-offs and unprofessional when you call their customer care line you wait an hour to get assistance what if in a case of emergency are you telling me we will need to wait for the exact time frame they are quick to send invoices but slow to do what they are being paid for. They are a security risk to your business or home the sad part of it all is we live in a country where everything is falling apart and so are the service providers and they want to take us down with them. I don't even wanna be bothered I am taking my queries to the media such companies deserve to b closed down.
