Poor service

There was a burglary in my house in Newcastle Pioneer Park fortunately I was at home. The intruders stole some things from my garage and I saw them when they were trying to get inside the house and I pressed the panic button but there was no response from the company. I tried to call them to find out why they never responded to the panic. There were so many stories from the lady on the switchboard telling me that my panics are not working anymore I must service my alarm system every six months. I must test it everytime to see if it's working. After 2 hours I pressed the panic again and they responded I asked how come they are responding now because they said it's not working. They are so unreliable I don't trust them anymore but we are paying for the service every month without fail. The number on their board is not working too. So unreliable☹️
