Poor service by National Security and Fire

Poor poor service, I recommend not touching them with a barge pole. It is impossible to get hold of anyone to resolve queries. They do not answer their phone, and if they do, cannot transfer you to the right person/capable person to resolve issues. This means they are most likely unable to respond to security issues with the amount of urgency one needs. It is unlikely that they will even respond to this review.
