After a break in at my house during November 2019, I managed to get National to acknowledge that their poor service could have costed the life of my children. The ******* were inside my house while the children locked themselves in my room, but the security company response unit did not arrive from 04:00 in the morning and only came around 17:00 same day when we pressed the panic button again.
