Poor Service

This company is very unreliable I have been waiting for assistance with the alarm system for almost a month if not more... They keep transferring you to next department the the call just drops all of a sudden and you have to begin the process from SCRATCH. The response time is also poor but when it comes to money they make by all means to get you on the line 😡
