Poor service!!

<p>I have never experienced such horrible service from admin/account department from Chubb security Pretoria area. We have been promised 3 months service free, but no service for 1 month and lots of excuses. Sales manager Leon Naude with empty promises and administrator Marie Le Roux never responds on any queries. We have sent numerous mails but to no avail. When you phone the office you are treated rudely and with very unprofessional answers and promises of a call back that never happens. On the Chubb website you have the option to send a mail, but 9 days have passed and still no responce, no feedback nothing! How can anybody trust a security service profider with such bad administration in place. Please assist.</p> <p>You have left me no choice but to revert to social media, maybe now our concerns will be heard.</p>
