Poor service

We got a contract with National security and we made payments , but there was always an amount outstanding of R66. We followed it up with the accounts department and spoke to Lianda Prinsloo regarding this because she was never inform when she took over our account. She send me an email on the 23 April saying she will pass the credit. Until now nothing happened, I send he an email on the 24th of August no reply. Our account stills shows outstanding, it i snow R71.00. Our account is MAR **********
