POOR Service
No accountability, poor service at both Austin Security and Chubb upon cancelling a contract. Debit order keeps on going off after cancellation for 3+ months. No response to email at Austin Security. Request to email when phoning Chubb Customer Services, thereafter no response to email and still an active account. Agents passing the buck back and forth.
