Poor Service

National security and fire has taken over Apcan security. Soon there after the service deteriorated to such a low that I had to move on to another security company. Did all the necessary cancelation requirements and returned the radio transmitter. Received a document from National security and fire, that I have a zero balance on my account. Sadly they are still debiting my account. How pathetic can a company be.

To all unsuspecting people out there, be very careful when making such a huge decision concerning your family's safety. It's not about the money.
