POOR RESPONSE TIME

On the 1st of December 2016 at 03H48 I had an alarm at my house while me, my wife and my 5 month old baby where asleep in our room. I got up and noticed it was activated in my TV ROOM. I lock my passage door at night and thus could not see if there is someone in my house. After alarm went of chubb control room phoned me and I informed them to send armend response due to the fact that im not able to see whats going on. After about 20 minutes no one had arrived so I took a chance to see if there are people in my house and as i walked out to my shock i found that there actually where people in my house as my window was open in the tv room, burglar bars removed and my 40 " tv with DSTV explora where taken. As i stood outside still waiting for chubb i phoned the control room at my own costs to find out where they are and 20 minutes after that they only arrived. So thats almost 40 minutes since i asked for armend response when im told threw advertising that response is not more then 10 minutes so what am i PAYING FOR. I personally feel if they where quicker they might have caught the guys in the street as they where on foot so i personally hold them responsable for my loss and feel very unsafe whilst they are looking at my house.
