Poor poor service

Today at about 11h55, the alarm suddenly went off while we were in the house. We punched in the pin but it wouldn't switch off. Meanwhile my mother was trying to phone Chubb Richards Bay but no one was pjcking up, she eventually got through after phoning numerous times. I then spoke to a man who gave me approximately 4 pins to punch in but witb no success. He then gave me his cell phone number and said to send the home address via text to it and he eould come right away. I did that at 12h09. At 12h20 I phoned asking if he was coming and he said yes. I phoned the branch again and they said they cannot pick up that anything is wrong at our home. He eventually arrived at 12h34. He managed to switch the alarm off. At 12h44 one of the armed security men came and said he was told the signal went off at 12h38 so he'd now come to investigate what was going on... This is very concerning because what if a crime was actually occurring but chubb couldn't pick it up? This is not the first time the alarm randomly goes off, only difference is that we were able to switch it off. Sometimes we don't get a phone call from chubb enquiring about the alarm. Soooo disappointed!!!!!
