Poor bad can't even call it service!!!!!

Try to phone Chubb for days now and not getting past reception. Received a huge bill and I don't even live on this property for more than two years. Invoice is a bunch of code and make no sense. I have been try to get this company out of my live for a few months with no success!!!!! Can some one please call me to sort this out for once and all?????
