Pointless contact process for armed response

I vacated a rented residential premesis in December 2020 and updated National Security accordingly. I then continued to receive all alarm related notifications via SMS and phone call despite my best efforts. I repeatedly updated National Security each time they reached out yet to date, 10 months later I am still being contacted. Aside from poor admin on their part and the inconvenient sms and phone calls at all hours of the night, the bigger concern is how are the new tenants being protected if I am the one being contacted? I would imagine this defeats the whole point of having home security linked to armed response. My advice, don't use National Security as if you are in peril, they will call someone else, not you.
