Pleading and begging didn't help now I'm FIGHTING

<p>On the 16.05.2017 i called the call centre to make a change in my details and i was advised to send all that information ********** so i figured it will be changed and didn’t bother with it any further.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then came the end of the month and i got slapped with a bill for extra times armed responds was despatched I was shocked and figured to send in another request to the finance team on the 02.06.2017 and I was told all the details will be updated I sent requests 29.06.2017 ,05.07.2017 and 12.07.2017 guess what to this date no details were changed and in the event something happens how are you people going to get hold of me if you don’t update my details.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got 2 alarm systems with you guys one on contract and one out of contract which i requested a new fee for guess what still didn’t happen . Now i need to know are you people serious about your clientele and business cause it really doesn’t seem that way.</p>
