Period of Notice For Ending Services
Good day, last night I just came across some info on the internet where there are different opinions regarding the termination of a contract with Chubb. The consumer Act says 20 working days, some other people say more and a Chubb document that I saw only says 30 days. My question is. What is the correct and legal period for service cancellation if it comes to Chubb.

As a consumer, your rights to Cancel Agreements are protected as also stipulated in your Chubb schedule.
The Client may terminate this Agreement on 20 (twenty) business days written notice to CHUBB. Notice must be given to CHUBB via the Client’s local CHUBB branch which must be acknowledged in writing by CHUBB prior to termination taking effect
