PENSIONER BEING DE*****ED!!!

I write yet again on the pathetic service from Chubb. I dealt with you guys months ago regarding payments that were coming off my moms account to which i was told its call outs. Double debits galore. Now my mom who is a pensioner recieves a letter of summons that her account is not paid, when you have been debiting 398 per month from her account. WHAT ****** BULL IS THIS? the letter then states she will be listed with the credit beureau and no service will be offered. So should she be ******, you will not take action. IS THIS ACCEPTABLE. Also I was told she will be getting a pensioner rate . In which world is 398 a pensioner rate. It is more than i pay with ADT at the moment. When we called, we were greeted with a rude and unhelpful person who is still investigating the matter. We have the bank statements. Money is coming off. I am sure you will come up with some illustrious reason as to why she is being summoned to which we dont care. WE WANT TO CANCEL. This company is nothing but a bunch of thieving opportunists who prey on pensioners. DISGUSTING!
