Paying For Services That Are Not Being Rendered

i signed a contract with chubb for armed response back in March 2015. Patrick from Chubb was very fast to come out and have the contract signed. Besides the armed response i added on items such as outside beams to the value of R20000.00. i was advised at the time that they would want to use their own alarm system as it would be compatible with the radio link and therefore they removed my previous alarm system which was in perfect working order.<br> <br> firstly the workmanship from their side was ********** as a lot of my property walls were damaged when they did the instillation. to date no one form their side has bothered to send someone out to repair the damage.<br> <br> but the biggest problem encountered is that my radio does not send out a signal therefore i have been paying for services that has not been rendered.<br> <br> i have been in contact with the above mentioned gentlemen for quite sometime now and so far nothing has been done. They avoid taking my calls and do not respond to emails. when i do get hold hold of them they make a lot of empty promises but never deliver on them.<br> <br> my advise for anyone considering to use Chubb or PHD Security is DONT. Rather look for a reputable company.
