Paying Chubb radio fee 3 time in 1 year

<p>Chubb sent subcontractors to my house to install their security system. When they left they told me I had to pay a R228 radio fee. I told them I'd EFT it the following morning. They called in the morning to give me their account number and email address ********** to send the proof of payment. At the end of the month Chubb debited my monthly fee and R269 radio fee. I called to ask why I had to pay the radio fee twice and Granny Malele told me the money was not allocated by THEIR contractor and she'd find out what was going on and that she'll get back to me. SHE NEVER DID. I kept calling and emailing back and forth with her and eventually she told me they'd refund... STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND.</p> <p>At the end of September, they debited my account once again including ANOTHER RADIO fee. This is the third one this year. When I ask how how this is happening, Granny tells me the money they debited is compulsory and I need to sort our the EFT myself because it has nothing to do with them. This is THEIR SUB CONTRACTOR by the way. THEY sent them to my house and they tell me to sort it out myself cause they never recieved the money.</p> <p> </p> <p>CHUBB securities and theie sub contractors are ******* *****ling our money straight from our accounts!!!!</p>
