Pathetic Service from Reps to Management

The worst service I have ever received. From the Reps straight to their management. I have signed my business up with them and included my house. This should have made me eligible to receive 2 months free on the business as the house was a referral. The first payment of the business they deducted everything including the monthly payment that should have been skipped for 2 months and then had the nerve to phone me a week later stating that I owe them another R1000+ but the agent on the phone could not give me any answer as to where that amount comes from. I have phoned Strini Govender the manager by which I signed up but up untill today have not received ant feedback regarding my account. It is now the second month and yet another R745 had to be deducted which I stopped.
