Pathetic service from National security

I recently took an alarm system with this pathetic company. On Wednesday morning during loadshedding my alarm went on continuously, tried calling them to an avail,I pressed the panic button 3 times still no response. I eventually decided to cut the wires to switch it off.Today is now Friday n I am still getting empty promises. I was told that my panic button doesn't work,so basically I've been paying them for nothing & my alarm system is not working still
