Pathetic service from Chubb Mafikeng

My System has not been working since last year 2018, Chubb has been debiting my account on a monthly basic without my system working. I have been contacting Chubb Mafikeng since last year to help with my system, they would either say they would send a technician or they are busy with a client and will call me back but they never do, but most of the time they dont even answer their phone,i have tried all numbers that i have and i call them a few times weekly with no help, it looked like they know my number but try to avoid my calls.

The one time i managed to get through was when the call was transferred to them i found a lady who told me that i should contact their technician myself, then she gave me their technician's cell numbers called Kabelo ***. I have been calling Kabelo almost everyday for the past few months, then he started not answering my calls too, bu when i call him form a different number either than mine he would answer, then he would either say he is out of town, or he forgot but he always made promises to come and fix my system, but he never came, i have now run our of numbers i can use to call him as he does not answer my numbers. I have no idea what o do, i have decided i will contact a lawyer for help as i have been paying for months for a service i did not receive and still no receiving but debits go out every month from my bank. They would even buzz me and when i call back they dont answer, it seems like they are trying to keep record that they called, while they only ring once and they drop.
