PATHETIC SERVICE

The worst service ever. We cancelled our services with them but they continued to debit our bank accounts month after month. Trying to get them to sort out their pathetic internal processes is like pulling teeth. You get transferred from one agent to another, whilst running up huge cell phone bills and still no-one sorts out the problem. Very quick to debit your account but customer services and internal processed require HUGE improvements. Their customer service people require training on what customer service actually means. I wont recommend their services to anyone
