Pathetic service Chubb Port Elizabeth

<p>Had to call 3 times to get a sales person to come out and quote me. Followed up today 10 days since the quote was done and my application still hadnt been sent to be processed! Spoke to the branch manager who was clearly more interested in telling me how busy they were than to deal with my issue.</p> <p>Was told it will now take an additional 5 days before they can send someone out, 15 day turnaround! What a joke!</p> <p> </p>
