PATHETIC SERVICE

I am livid with this company. Ever since they installed a rapid response system at my property it`s not working properly. The Alarm only goes out in my house but doesn't trigger on their side, yet they want to charge me if they are to send a technician to fix it. Added to that my account was debited twice in May.

Pathetic service
