Pathetic Service

Contacted chubb several times (since Oct) and every time we are told a request is logged for a technician but to date we are still waiting. The alarm is constantly going off but according to the control centre it is not registering on their side. We have been paying every month but do not receive the service and therefore demand a credit. We have now had a break-in attempt last night and we will hold chubb responsible for any damage or loss we may suffer because of this. I expect this matter to receive the urgent attention it requires.<br> <br> Desiree
