Pathetic service

My alarm has not been working from last week Thursday. I called their office on Friday to get a technician and was told that he will only be available on Monday at 10:00. I called them on Monday again at 08:00 to confirm the appointment and was told all is well. I requested that they call my wife as she was going to wait for them at 10:00 then go to work afterwards. She called them at 10:00 and was told that the technitian is off sick. They did not even have the courtesy to call her and let her know about this. They did not even care. The only time a technician can come is today which is Tuesday after hours and I just hope they are not going to charge us for after hours call out.
