PATHETIC SERVICE

I have had problems with my Chubb installed security alarm system with it going off 30-40 times just today. I have called *** (Emergency) , *** and ***. Sometimes the phone was answered (others it just rang) and every time I requested to speak to a technician I was transferred and the phone just rang with no answer. I eventually called the personnel relations department and am still waiting for a response. <br> I purposly pushed the panic button several times to see what Chubb's response was. NOTHING !! NOT even a phone call. Yet when there was a fault they called. <br> <br> PATHETIC SERVICE.
