Pathetic Security Company

National Security and Fire is the most unproffessional and pathetic security company I have ever seen. Just for me to log a call for my arlam system to be rewired I am failing to get some one to do that . Everytime I call your office I am put through 10 different people and along the way the call is dropped. All they ask is where are you calling from and they say I am tranfering you to your area and thats it. This is security you are dealing with and this makes me feel not secured with you at all.
