Pathetic protection... I want my money!!!!

Here we go again!!!!

This company really does not listen to their clients... I have ended my contract Oct 2019 yet I am charged double the mount. And according to me, if your contract ends you don't need to pay a cancellation fee!!!!

I so badly waited for my contract to end with this company. I called several times requesting for them to end my contract and was told that if i do not go to their offices or send an email it wasnt going to be done.

1. I explained that i wasnt in town. 2. I requested an email address quite a number of times. And havent received 1!!!! 3. My device wasn't on for months and they didn't pick it up on their side. 4. They only sent out a technician when I called to complain. 5. The technician said they didn't pick it up my dead device because my home was not a company!!!!!!! So companies have more preference????? 6. Went to their offices to end my contract. And wrote a cancellation letter!!!! and they still charged me after I blatently said to cancel! 7. They charged me double!!!!!! 8. I was told that the superviser would call and im still waiting!

I am so tired of this company!!!! They aren't concerned about your safety! Only about your money!!!! They are the first to debit your account!!!!

This is such a RIPOFF!!!!!!!!
