PATHETIC CHUBB ON EVERY COUNT

I changed from ADT to Chubb in October 2014. This change was the start of my problems. From a Chubb fire kit which took 4 months to receive, to response times of over 40 min from their armed response unit, to telephone response times of longer than 8 min after alarm activation, to excuse upon excuse. Avoid this company at all costs, irrespective of the discount or deal they offer. I feel very unsafe knowing my family and I are relying on Chubb. Wish I could exit the 24 month contract.
