PATHETIC ARMED RESPONSE SERVICE!!! 3rd complaint about bad service from armed response.

<p>I am, to say the least, at my witts end with the absolutely pathetic service we are receiving from Chubb armed response!<br />On Thursday the 15th, at 21:59 our alarm was triggered by movement on a beam outside, chubb called and we requested armed response to be sent out, they acknowleged and we waited for the armed respone, and reset and rearmed the beams. at 22:13 the alarm went off again, this time, NOT EVEN A CALL!!!!!<br />At 22:22 we called the control centre to follow up, we were put on hold, and then cut off. there was never any armed response, they never called back etc!<br />This is absolutely pathetic!<br />We pay a small fortune for armed response and alarm monitoring, to a multi national company, yet this pathetic service persists. less than a month ago I filled a simillar complaint, the alarm instillation part was promtly resolved, to this day we have not received a apology or explination re the armed response!<br />I do believe this is the last straw, we will be cancelling our services with Chubb, as will our neighbours, and we will be moving to someone that actually delivers customer service!</p>
