Pathetic and terrible service

My alarm was triggered and the response room only called over 5 minutes later from a control room in KZN. I am situated in JHB. I requested for a response vehicle to be sent out, so that they could check the premises with me. I then called the response room 10 minutes later again to notify them that the armed response vehicle has not yet arrived. The response room rep**** that according to the updated notes , a car was there 5 minutes ago. I was waiting for the vehicle and it never arrived. They ****. She then requested the vehicle to return and the guy by the name of Emmanuel arrived who I then question as to why did they lie and tell the control room that they were here, when they were not He had no words and just looked at me. How pathetic is this.
