Pathetic !!!

What a pathetic company! When they took over Best Security they didn't even bother to let me know. Then they had a R10 surcharge on my account as a fuel levy. I tried to set up a debit order and after 10 calls I drove to their head office near Westgate...no one could help me! I had an alarm activation today and it took over 20 mins to get a response call. In the meantime I had called their reception twice to get through to their Control room to no avail. After they finally called me, I was told that they have a new system which they were battling to get going...Unacceptable !! I will looking for an alternative service provider
