Only half alarm installed

We are new home owners. Signed up with Chubb. Quick to sign us up. <br> Took day leave to install alarm. Technicians arrive with only ONE pet friendly sensor, no Radio transmitter and no camera as promised. Cannot use alarm during the day, as the alarm is not pet friendly. Our remotes cannot be activated as there is no radio transmitter. They used our old emergency buttons throughout the house, and did not give us new ones. We requested it to be fixed 5 times and not one time did they show up mostly without any notice whatsoever.<br> <br> We complained on the website 4 times and requested our agent to get back to us. He does not answer his phone or respond to emails.<br> <br> To date we are paying for half an alarm, and no response from chubb as to when it will be completely installed.
