Once they have your money, they are gone...
<p>We bought & paid for a system - the installation is not complete & now we are having problems. Nobody wants to help. When I call to complain I get the usual " I will get back to you" but no-one ever does. I have to call back and speak to another person & explain the problem & still nothing is resolved.</p>
