Not Responding to Burglar Alarm
I am on leave alarm goes off twice Chubb only calls back hours later I complain about poor and late response I am advised they will go to my premises and get back to me the do not go to my premises and I am still waiting for a response to know if my house is safe nobody cares at Chubb especially when you are away and you need them most
