None Service from National Security but the continue to take our money

National Security took over our security at various premises. unbeknown to us, the signal did not reach their control centre and did not work for seven (7) months, alas they charged us. a customers vehicle was ****** we hit the panic button to only then discover we had no service from National Security. They continued to charge us, refused to refund us. The bank has not stopped our debit order despite us requesting to do so! add insult to injury now have charged us an excess to remove the control from our premise. Which never ever work. Security at its best. We have changed Security to a company which actually supplies service.
