NON RESPONSIVE

We signed up with Chubb Security last year for an alarm system. A young guy came to visit us with the application. 1. I specifically asked him whether how much it will cost to move the alarm, should we have to move, as at that stage the rental house was in the process of being sold. <br> 2. We had o pay the technician for the installation in cash. 3. Our monthly fee was calculated at about R241, however from month one we were debited an increased amount and on enquiry was told that it is when armed response responded more than 4 times. 4. We found that one of the windows were open and caused the alarm to activate, which was rectified. 5. On various occasions we were phoned for the alarm and when my husband or I went out to the premises, found no guard whatsoever, but we ourselves had to go into the premises to investigate. 6. The guards apparently were too afraid of the dogs.7. Once again we were debited in beginning of January 2016 for December for more than R575. On enquiry we were told that they responded to various alarms on the 25th of December 2015, which is untrue, as we had a family lunch at our house with ?20 people at the house and no guard pitched
