Non response to activated alarm

Set off alarm by mistake, still no response from Chubb. Thought all Chubb's issues had been resolved. What would have happened if this was an armed ******* and a gun held to my head. Was called an hour later to be informed that the call centre could not call due to power failure. This makes me extremely nervous. Surely another off sight call centre should take over when this happens.
