Hello peter <br> <br> i am a property owner of No 21 Kiplin Road, Castleview, Germiston, 1401.The technician visited my property on the 18th of September 2015 to repair and resolve the false alarms that where frequently triggering on my property. On the 23rd of September there was a burglary and my appliances where ****** and there was no respond from chubb. I called the office and i was told that the radio link was disconnected from the 18th of September that is why they did not get the signal. I lodged a complain as to \why their Technician came to my property to fix the alarm and same day the radio connection got off and accidentally the following week burglary takes place after 4 years of my stay in the property"they send a guy to assess the property on the 1st of October and i was promised that i will get feedback till now i am waiting.<br> When i call the office they promise to call back and they don't. My other challenge is they don't even communicate in writing either email or SMS. I don't even have the responsible person attending my query i always have to call the call centre and explain my story from the scratch. there is no reference number. and i think are ignoring my quiry."""
