No update, incorrect debit

Spoke to Claudine about Chubb sales telling me that they were going to cancel my existing ADT contract on my behalf, however ADT still debited me for 2 months, Claudine said she will get the sales manager to contact me, still no response, to make things worse they debited me double the amount I signed for, I think its time we go the legal route.I need to cancel immediately, I am just afraid of how the service or response might be in an emergency?I really regret signing up, the sales guys pestered me for 4 months to get the contract done.And who is Rock Security?
