NO SERVICE!

Early this year National Security ran a renewal of radios project. They sent an agent to my house to come and do this, but when the agent got to my house, he asked me why he was there! As if he had no idea why he was sent there. He did nothing, he went into the house as far as the living room mirror which is right behind the living room door and there is nothing resembling anything that has to do with an alarm system there. He came, said "Hi!" AND LEFT! the problem now is, twice the alarm went off and there was no reaction from them, not a phone call or an armed response. My worry is what if this radio that was supposed to be upgraded is the one causing the "non reaction". I called National Security about this issue twice already and there has been no response from their side, the last person I spoke to said he was going to escalate the matter but I have to this day not received any feedback regarding this. I am very sure if they sent an agent to my house today, the agent will find that we are still using the outdated device if that is what it is called.

I trusted National Security, we joined them in 2010 and have been loyal to them since, even through their unreasonable increases, we've stayed loyal but now we're being treated like we're being done a favor when they have to serve us. This is really disappointing. I wonder if they would still treat us this way if they had competition in the area!
