No security from National Security !

Absolutely disgusting service ! Been a client of Chubb for over 10 years and ever since their name change the service has become pathetic. Had a panic alarm go off at my house at 12:20am on Saturday evening, armed response arrived 25 minutes later ! Absolute waste of a response to a possible emergency. Spoke to their Manager Candice this morning and now 6 hours later still haven't heard back Can't see that my insurance company would be very happy with this response time to a break-in ! Not the first problem either - alarm can go off and nobody phones ??? Power goes out and I get a hundred text messages from them 5 hours after the powers back on saying there's an outage here ??. Wouldn't recommend this company at all !
