No response. Worst service.

Worst customer service ever. Even escalated to their head office with no response and after 47days my query is still not resolved. They owe me money for a wrongfull credit and even though i immediately reported and queried it, they failed to assist. They are unresponsive on email and they have not refunded me after 47 days.

I will not recommend them at all. No after sale service. Even head office does not care about their customers.
