I changed service providers becuase National was not active in our area. I cancelled the service in December 2020 and returned their radio transmitter. They acknowledge that I do not owe them money but seem unable (or don't care) to cancel their debit order or to stop invoicing me despite repeated requests. I have just received a March 2021 invoice- this will be R1 000 they have taken without rendering a service so far. I have emailed and telephoned their customer service, 'retention manager' peter dalgleish and even 'Donny' who states he is a general manager there. No reply, no action. If their admin is so poor their guarding and securty must be substandard too

09 Mar 2021, 11:00Despite promises to rectify the problem- and a request to allow the March 2021 debit prder to go through on my account- and refund me by 5 March, National have not done so. When queried on 5 March I was told it 'may be a bank problem' and that it would be attended to. As at 9 March I haven't had a reply or a refund.
