No reponse to repair request

Faulty alarm - reported on various occasions but no response from Chubb. This has been going on for a couple of months now. <br> <br> When I phone customer service no answer and then the phone gets disconnected. <br> <br> Pathetic service!!!!<br> <br> Alarm not working properly but must still pay monthly armed response.
