No refund for incorrect debit order.
I cancelled my contract with Chubb Security. They confirmed in writing that the last debit order would be at the beginning of November 2015. On the 1st of December 2015 another debit went off my account, now they have not refunded the money, despite numerous e-mails. Just plain BAD service.
