No feedback nor Response

I made contact with Chubb Security in the Newlands area the beginning of January for armed response service. The representative (Ben Viljoen) came out and saw me The documentation was completed and all that was needed from our company was payment of R450. I was then pressurized for payment by the Rep and regular follow ups were made regarding payment. We then loaded and released the payment approx a week later. Now it seems to me that right after the money was received the service went out the back door. We had an issue at our shop on Sunday the 25th of Jan that resulted in a break in almost accomplished and the only person i could think of was the Rep. I did try and call him and got no answer cause it was Sunday and I understand that it was after hours however we had a urgent issue. On the scheduled date for installation nothing happened and got no phone call, After I called the installation took place but sadly its not working at all. We tested it twice!! I sent SMS to the rep for assistance and once again not even a phone call. Its obvious that Chubb delivers service ONLY up to the point money is received. Unacceptable!!!!! CAN YOU PLEASE SORT OUT THE PROBLEM ASAP!!!!!
